Courtenay House is an adult only Bed & Breakfast located in Bovey Tracey, the gateway to Dartmoor. It makes an ideal location for those visiting the area.Bovey Tracey is a picturesque town right on the edge of Dartmoor & located just 8 miles away from Torquay. It provides an excellent base from which to explore. There are numerous scenic walks & cycle paths nearby. There are also a number of riding centres in the area if you want to go riding.Courtenay House is a victorian house that still maintains many of its original features. There is a homely atmosphere full of chintz and period charm with old china tableware and lace tablecloths. Antiques are bought & sold as well as a Tea Room which operates during the day.We are an adult only Guest House.
